Social media is now accepted and all those facts and figures are a bit old school. But still I found this video nice and good enough to share with you. There are still a lot of companies thinking about adding social media and strategy to their communications department. This in an era where social media is going through a new phase I believe. It is a phase where consumers are becoming more aware of all the data the leave behind. A phase where we want to be more in control of this data. We are now merging towards an era where the standard behavior of consumers will be: what you know is what I know. I believe we will see the rise of online services which put you in control of your personal data.
