Combined strength as future perspective
We live in a changing world. And we need to combine our strength
We hear it every day. Trend watchers, futurists, CEO's and journalists. Everyone is talking about an exponential change. It seems like the hype of 2016. It is true that change is the order of the day and that a lot of things change in the field of technology. But that is not the essence. To optimize these many opportunities, we have to look at ourselves. Put our ego aside and connect with each other. After all, we need each other to strive forwards. It contains combined strength.
The only question is if whether we still can? Are we able to let loose of our learned limitations and assumptions? Nature created us as human with empathy. We want to connect and we are creative. But this is also the biggest challenge for the future. Connecting and being equal are not that easy to combine. But if we succeed, we create limitless possibilities for a new era. An era of combined strength.
This mindset also has to be applied in organizations. The organizations that are capable to feel, understand and to live are the winners of tomorrow. All human qualities are more important than ever in a world dominated by technology. But I’m still asking the same question over and over again. Are we still able? Or are we not? And will technology eventually drift us even further apart?
Trends among bundled power are getting popular. Melting all forces into one specific power. Meanwhile institutions are still fighting to preserve our hierarchical order. But bundling our strengths is a possible path to enter. What’s your role?
