SpotAJob, market innovation for jobsearch
A new Dutch venture is “Spot a Job”. This new service let's anyone be a headhunter.
Spot-A-Job is a new way for job seekers, yourself but also your friends, to find better careers. How does it work? It's simple but that makes it a stroke of genius. Companies post a job offer, free of charge. With every job offer, the company attaches a bonus. Whoever brings on a candidate will receive the bonus. But, how does Spot-a-Job make money from this process?
Spot-a-Job works on a no-cure-no-pay-basis. It earns as soon as some-one is placed. On top of the bonus, Spot-a-Job asks an additional 25 percent. So, if a company offers a 1000 Euro bonus, the total costs for getting a candidate are 125 Euro. It's a great deal for everybody, the company, the candidate, the amateur head-hunter and Spot-a-Job.
Of course, it's easier aid then done. The amateur head-hunter has to put his network to use; bring in his prospect, sell the person, close the deal. It's a great concept that will work... so Monsterboard, and Dutch professional head-hunters have met their match, the power of the masses.
