The future soldier
War...it is a shame it exists. But many innovations find their roots in the military industry. Just think about the roots of the internet (ARPANET).
The war against terrorism had an accelerating effect on the development of the soldier of the future. The near future shows us soldiers who are connected to a network within a warzone. Interactive glasses show the future soldier every necessarily information about the battlefield. The soldier can look around walls and see through obstacles. But these are just a few examples of the future soldier. War will enter a new phase. The phase of distance and invisibility. What will the role be of the press when war isn't visible for the human eye? And which solutions will find their way to our society?
